Who is responsible
Dāvis Strauss, personally, is the controller of the waitlist data. Contact: davis@straussatc.lv. If the project later becomes a company, the list moves to that company and everyone on it is told first.
What we collect when you join
- What you type into the form: work e-mail, role, company size, the ERP you use, how you get data out of it today, and whether you are open to a 20-minute call.
- Two things the page adds to your entry: where you came from (for example the name of the post that linked here) and how much of the video you had watched when you opened the form.
Why, and on what basis
To keep you updated about the product, to share the founding deal, and, only if you ticked it, to arrange a call. The basis is your consent when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long
Until launch, or 12 months at most. Earlier if you ask: write to the contact above and we delete your entry.
Who handles it for us
- Tally (form and entries).
- Cloudflare (hosts this page).
- If you book a call: Microsoft Bookings, through Strauss ATC's Microsoft 365 (your name, e-mail and the time you pick), kept only to hold the call.
- Umami (visit counts). Umami uses no cookies and stores no personal data: it counts visits, video plays, how far the video was watched, form sends and clicks on the call and LinkedIn links, without knowing who you are.
We never sell the list or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop hearing from us. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
