On our side
- Read-only by default, through a user you create and can switch off at any time.
- Encrypted logins. Your system passwords are stored encrypted.
- Each company kept apart. One company's data is never mixed with another's.
- You approve every change. Nothing is written to your ERP without a person's approval.
- Every step logged. You can see what ran, when, and what it found.
At the AI provider
The AI runs through a commercial AI service. The provider's contract with us says:
- No training. The provider may not train its models on your data.
- Deleted within 30 days. Inputs and outputs are deleted automatically, unless flagged for misuse or the law requires keeping them.
- Confidential. Used only to provide the service, and seen only by staff who need it and are bound to confidentiality.
- Encrypted. AES-256 when stored, TLS 1.2 or higher in transit.
- Yours. You keep your data and own the results.
- GDPR. A data processing agreement with the EU's standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

Questions
What works today?
One ERP connector, and four agents that run on it: bank reconciliation, VAT review, cash flow forecast and close check. The other connectors, the workflow builder and the budget and board pack agents are what we are building now. That is why this is a waitlist.
Can it change anything in my ERP?
Access is read-only by default. Nothing is written to your ERP without a person's approval, and every step is logged.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. The AI provider's contract forbids it, and deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days. Details under Data safety above.
What is the founding deal?
